Widemile Creator Partner Program Terms

Version: 2026-10-01 — Last updated: 1 October 2026

These Terms govern the Creator Partner Program (“CPP”) operated by Centola Engineering S.r.l., Contrada Ponzanello Mamurrano 35, 04023 Formia (LT), Italy, VAT number 03343570598 (“Widemile”). Contact: info@centolaengineering.com.

These Terms supplement the Terms of Service. These specific conditions govern CPP participation; the general Terms continue to govern platform use. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Participation and acceptance

The CPP is open to adults and organisations approved by Widemile. Provide accurate information, have authority to represent any organisation and keep contact and payment details up to date. Applying does not guarantee admission.

You expressly accept these Terms when activating a Creator license or in your CPP area. We record your account, the document version, language and acceptance date. For existing partners, acceptance does not erase previously earned commissions or apply new conditions retroactively.

The Creator license is the access Widemile grants to approved CPP members. The activation key is single use and must be kept secure; once redeemed, the license is linked to the account and cannot be transferred or resold. Your personal referral code is separate from the activation key and may be shared publicly.

2. Creator license and credits

The license activates on an eligible Free account and includes Creator access and 3,000 promotional credits per monthly period, starting on activation, with the renewal date shown in your profile. Monthly renewal is free while the license is active and does not create a paid subscription.

Unused Creator credits do not accumulate: each renewal replaces them with a new allocation of 3,000 credits. Remaining Creator credits are removed when the license ends. Purchased credits and the pre-existing Free balance remain subject to their own conditions and are not confiscated because the license ends. Credits are service units and cannot be converted into cash.

Starting a paid subscription ends the Creator license and its free renewals; CPP participation and referrals may continue while the membership remains active. Any promotional Builder access is replaced under its own conditions. The Creator allocation is not combined with a second monthly CPP allocation.

3. Partner activities

Promote Widemile through accurate content, tutorials, demonstrations or relevant recommendations, following applicable laws and channel rules. Programme social attributions are mandatory: include “Widemile Creative Partner” in the bio of profiles used for the collaboration; in content promoting Widemile or showing creations made as part of the CPP, tag the official Widemile profile for that channel, include #widemile and visible credit to Widemile, and add a widemile.ai or personal referral link wherever the format supports links. If a platform does not support an element, use an equivalent available form of attribution that clearly identifies the collaboration. These attributions are additional to the advertising disclosures required in Section 8.

These Terms do not impose a minimum number of posts or exclusivity. Deliverables, fixed fees and sponsored campaigns require a separate agreement. Early access and campaign priority depend on availability and do not guarantee paid work.

4. Customer attribution

Referrals use the link assigned in your CPP area. The code identifies the partner and does not itself offer a discount. Eligible customers are new accounts registered after the click and attributed by the system within 7 days of that click. The first valid referral takes priority; later clicks do not replace an existing attribution.

Existing accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts and artificially created accounts do not qualify. Browser settings, cookie deletion and tracking choices may prevent attribution. Technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. We may correct documented errors without creating arbitrary or duplicate attributions.

5. Commissions

While your CPP membership is active, you earn 15% of amounts actually collected by Widemile, excluding VAT, on eligible subscriptions and individual credit-pack purchases by attributed customers. The window lasts 12 months from the customer’s registration, rather than their first payment. Free access, promotional credits, failed payments and amounts not collected are excluded.

For example, an eligible payment of EUR 100 excluding VAT generates EUR 15 in commission. Commission is calculated in the transaction currency and rounded to its smallest monetary unit. Commissions are separate from Creator license credits and do not guarantee minimum income.

6. Refunds, disputes and reviews

Full or partial refunds, fraud and amounts permanently lost through payment disputes proportionally reduce commission on the affected sale. Adjustments after payout may be offset in future statements; any further recovery request must be explained and documented.

During review, we may temporarily hold affected amounts, explain the reason and request necessary information. An open dispute does not automatically mean a permanent loss. Valid commissions unrelated to a violation are not cancelled merely because the relationship ends. You may report statement errors to our contact without prejudice to statutory time limits.

7. Statements and payments

Approved commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer, by the end of the month following the month in which the payout threshold is reached, when the approved net balance in the relevant currency reaches at least EUR 100 or its equivalent in another currency. Below the threshold, the balance carries forward to subsequent months until it is reached, without erasing valid commissions. Solely to check the threshold in other currencies, we use the latest European Central Bank reference rate available at the statement closing date; for a currency without an ECB rate, we agree a verifiable source in writing before payout. Payment requires correct bank details and necessary tax or accounting documents. If these are missing, or amounts are under review, we explain the delay and pay in the first available cycle after resolution.

Statements in the CPP area show amounts, currency and adjustments. For payment in a currency different from the statement, the exchange rate and any fees must be agreed before transfer. Each party meets its own tax obligations; Widemile applies legally required withholding or other formalities. A statement does not replace an invoice where one is required.

8. Promotional transparency

Make the commercial nature of promotional content immediately recognisable, considering both the free license and commissions. For example, clearly display “Advertising — Widemile” or “Sponsored by Widemile” in a manner appropriate to the format; for affiliate links also state “Widemile affiliate link: I may receive a commission”. Brand tags or #widemile alone do not replace these disclosures.

Follow applicable local laws and, where applicable, rules of competent authorities and advertising self-regulatory bodies. The IAP Digital Chart provides practical guidance for posts, videos and stories. Do not claim unverified experiences, results, prices or features, or present yourself as a Widemile employee or authorised representative.

9. Brands, content and prohibited conduct

You may use official brands and materials supplied by Widemile under limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission solely for CPP participation and according to our guidance. Do not create confusion, register domains or accounts impersonating Widemile or imply additional endorsements. Paid advertising using the Widemile brand requires separate written permission.

You retain rights to your content under the general Terms. Joining the CPP does not automatically grant Widemile permission to reuse it in advertising or use your likeness; those uses require separate permission. Spam, bots, fraudulent traffic, self-purchases to generate commissions, misleading advertising and violations of third-party rights are prohibited.

10. Personal data and confidentiality

Widemile processes application, acceptance, referral, statement and payment data to manage the relationship and meet legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy. The dashboard shows information needed to verify commissions using shortened customer identifiers; this does not authorise identifying or contacting those customers.

Do not collect customer credentials or sensitive data on Widemile’s behalf. Protect non-public information received, including preview features subject to confidentiality, under the general Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

You may leave the CPP by contacting us. Widemile may suspend or terminate participation for breaches, fraud or other concrete programme-related reasons, communicating the reason and, where possible, allowing clarification or correction. Immediate action may be necessary for security, legal obligations or abuse prevention.

If the mandatory social attributions in Section 3 are not respected, Widemile reserves the right to suspend or revoke all CPP benefits, including the Creator license, programme promotional credits, early access, campaign priority and the ability to acquire referrals and earn new commissions, following the communication process described above.

Membership suspension or revocation stops new attributions and new commissions. Revoking a Creator license ends its benefits and may end the linked membership. Commissions validly earned before termination remain reportable and payable, subject to documented adjustments; termination does not generate further commissions on later purchases. Stop using programme materials and presenting yourself as an active partner when the relationship ends.

12. Changes and applicable law

Changes are communicated with a new version and, when material, reasonable notice and a request for express acceptance. They apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce validly earned commissions. Different individual conditions require a written agreement.

Italian law and the general Terms’ complaint and dispute provisions apply, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules.
